Ingredients
- 250 ml milk of choice
- 250 ml boiling water
- 1TBSP cocoa powder
- 1 scoop PrimeSelf Keto Creamer
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 scoop PrimeSelf Collagen (Marine or Bovine)
- 1/2 tsp PrimeSelf Shroom Elixir Powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: raw honey or maple syrup for sweetness
Method
- Add all ingredients into a small pot over a medium heat
- Let the mixture warm while stirring constantly
- Pour into a mug
- Enjoy!
