Ingredients

Vitamin a, vitamin c, vitamin d, vitamin e, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin b6, folate, vitamin b12, biotin, pantothenic acid, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, molybdenum, silymarin, decaffeinated' green tea, artichoke, watercress, ellagic acid, n-acetyl-l-cysteine, sodium sulfate, taurine, capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable), and silica.

Warnings

Excess vitamin A intake may be toxic and may increase the risk of birth defects. Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 10,000 IU of preformed vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) per day.

Directions

Take two capsules once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
